Welcome to Anna's Cake World. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. As a home-based bakery, our capacity is limited, and we recommend placing orders well in advance. All orders must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to the desired pickup/delivery time.

  • Payment: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking date.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
  • Order Accuracy: It is the customer's sole responsibility to explicitly declare any allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific design preferences at the time of placing the order. We accept no liability, and no claims for refunds or exchanges will be entertained for issues arising from details not disclosed by the customer during the order placement process.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48-72 hours (or as specified in your invoice) prior to the pickup/delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds: If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Refunds or store credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require the return of the uneaten portion of the product for quality inspection.

3. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

4. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup: It is your responsibility to collect your order at the agreed-upon time. Late pickups may affect product freshness or availability.
  • Delivery: Delivery is available within specific zones for an additional fee. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Damage: Once the product has been handed over to you (or your designated recipient), we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transport or handling.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
